Ultra high brightness calcined kaolin
Luminex® calcined kaolin has ultra-high brightness with fine particle size. Luminex® imparts the highest degree of sheet brightness and whiteness in a wide range of pulps and is particularly effective in unbleached, medium bleached or recycled-fiber pulps. In a coating formulation, the unique morphology (bulk and porosity) generated by Luminex®enhances aesthetics and printability. Luminex® delivers exceptional paper and paperboard brightness and shade, opacity, smoothness, ink receptivity and resistance to print show-through.
